Emily & Debby's Birthday Dinner

The gang all came over for Emily and Debby's birthday's, but like most family events anymore, the "kids" were the center of attention and Grandpa got carried away with the camera. They were both in such great moods and hamming it up for everyone.

Abbie and Ellie are moving to Michigan so that Abbie can start her new job with the Michigan Dept of Ed. Joel will be following soon. They need to sell their house and he needs to finish the school year. We will miss having Abbie and Ellie so close, but they aren't that far away.

Emily is doing fine, a bit tired and her back is sore. Not much longer and there will be a 3rd (a granddaughter) in our family. Our neice is due any day and that will make 4 for Great G&G.

It's the Christmas Season

The house is getting decorated and the Christmas songs are on the stereo. Debby out does hereslf, but we all LOVE it. Take a look at some of the pictures of the house decorated for this wonderful season.

Everyone is coming over this afternoon to celebrate Emily's and Debby's birthdays. It will be so much fun. Abbie and Ellie will be moving to Michiagan next week so that Abbie can start her new job. We will miss them being so close, but they aren't that far away. Joel will be staying here to sell the house and finishing the school year.

First Post

Well a lot has happened in our family these last two months.

Kyle & Krista (#2 son) gave us the gift of Ryne James on May 9, 2008.

Joel & Abbie (#1 son) gave us a gift of Elllison Rose (Ellie) on May 28, 2008.

Emily & Josh (Daughter) announced that they are pregant and due early January 2009.
